Automatic licence plate recognition

We would like to present a microservice that can recognize a license plate from an image of a vehicle and return the content in a text format. This is an automative system which can perform its task after receiving a certain image. For this problem we are going to use the deep learning neural networks which combined will give us the result as to how the system should locate a vehicle on the image, then locate a license plate itself and afterward get a text out of it. It is also worth mentioning that because of the deep learning specifics, for the system to work, first of all, it needs a huge amount of data to train from. This data can be found on numerous pages by parsing them. Based on these images our model will be able to return a result we need. The model can absolutely independently locate the vehicle’s license plate.
