On the Existence of a Solution of One Class of Neutral Optimal Problem

The existence theorem is proved for the quasi-linear optimal problem with the constant delay parameters, with the phase restriction and boundary condition, with the general functional. Under solution we imply the collection of delay para¬me¬¬ters and control. The result obtained here is concretized for the linear with respect to control and essentially-linear problems, for the optimal problem with the integral functional also.
