In modern reality, finding qualified personnel requires a lot of effort and time, sometimes the result of such efforts is far from desirable, that is why online web platforms allowing companies and specialists to communicate “virtually” are becoming more and more popular. The most demanding field where demand for specialists grows constantly is information technology. The presented work deals with the issues of developing a platform that will allow business entities in the IT field to produce business communications with potential employees. In particular, a web application has been developed that allows companies to create a company profile, indicate basic information about the company, post vacancies and contact specialists to offer the service. IT professionals are also given the opportunity to create a personal profile with their own information such as education, experience, skills, etc. They can also respond to vacancies posted by companies, filter and select vacancies according to their professional skills.
