Annotation Water is among one of the most important natural reserves in Georgia. Generally groundwater is used for drinking purposes, whereas fresh water is the prerequisite for the heath. In many regions of Georgia spring or well water is drunk. In many cases these kinds of water have a long story of the use, but mostly there are no studies about their chemical and micro-biological composition and there is no exact information about their suitability for drinking. We aimed to investigate the composition of several spring in south of Georgia, where is a turizm zone and to detect the possibility of their use for drinking.
