Annotation:

Ensuring the sustainable social-economic and ecological situation became a fundamental condition for developing civilized world. Territorial spatial planning is the main tool for state’s sustainable development and increased living standards. Its function is to ensure rational territorial organization, establish strong connection between land use and different types of agriculture, balance the requirements of state’s economic situation with respect to inevitability of environmental protection and reach the social-economic goals according to recent requirements. Nowadays the most of the countries strive for principals of sustainable development that increases interest towards territorial special planning significantly. Through the agency of those principals it is feasible to get economic, social and ecological benefits for country and draw up more stable and calculative conditions for investigation and development. This gives guarantee of development to local population and promotes rational use of land and natural resources.
