Nowadays, in the modern world, the number of employees in many private companies is growing day by day. The problem is not only the increase of the number of existing employees, but also the fact that all the resources in the company, including human resources, require effective management, for which there may not be a sufficient number of HRs in the company, or the company may not will to spend extra money on additional logistics. Also, it is important for employees in relatively medium and large companies to have maximum comfort in terms of planning their work (whether it is vacation planning or other topics) and, most importantly, HRs themselves need as much information about employees as possible, in order to effectively manage the human resources in the company. The project aims to create a platform that will unite employees of the company (not only HRs, but also people with different positions in the company) to be able to effectively manage the time and resources in the company.
